Bug still appear even when using the Silverite mine fix Edit. In my case, this happens on my 2nd playthrough of awakening, using an imported save from origin. Strangely only my PC and Nathaniel happen to get the bug. Had the bugfix installed. After some item-removing experiments, i found that the culprit is the sorrow of arlathan bow.

I found that if I did the whole Silverite Mines from before entering, with no mods enabled and patched to 1.05 the bug may not kick in. Since I have a 3 mods installed (e.g. Ancient Elven Boots) I added one to fix Silverite Mines. Disappointing, but its either that or dont play the game and stop buying Bioware/EA stuff.
